ENOKI MUSHROOMS WITH SAKE

INGREDIENTS :

348g enoki mushrooms, 1 dried plum.

SEASONINGS:
2tsp oil, 2T sake, 1tsp salt.

PREPARATION :

1. Pre-heat an to 190 degree celcius.
2. Cut off the end of enoki mushrooms; Soak in water for 15 minutes; Lift them up; Rinse in running water briefly; Drain; Break into clumps; Arrange in a baking pan with a piece of aluminum foil at the bottom; Add seasonings; Mix well; Put another piece of aluminum foil on top; Put into the oven; Bake for 13 minutes.
3. Cut a dried plum into pieces.
4. Take the baking pan out of the oven; Discard the aluminum foil on the top; Add the dried plum; Mix well; Arrange in serving plates.
