WAKAME SALAD

INGREDIENTS :

2T dried chopped wakame, 1.5T toasted white sesame seeds.

SEASONINGS:
1tsp sesame oil, 1T soy sauce, 3T rice vinegar, 1T caster sugar.

PREPARATION :

1. Soak dried wakame in water till soft (about 20 minutes); Lift them up; Rinse in running water briefly; Drain; Add seasonings; Mix well; Cover with a piece of cling film; Chill in the fridge till ready to serve; Take it out from the fridge; Discard the cling film; Sprinkle with 1.5T toasted white sesame seeds.
