SPRING ONION SALAD

INGREDIENTS :

2 stalks of spring onion, 450g daikon, 2 tsp salt.

SEASONINGS:
1T mustard, 2T soy sauce.

PREPARATION :

1. Peel, rinse and cut off both ends of daikon; Cut into halves; Julienne.
2. Rinse spring onion; Cut off both ends; Cut into sections; Blanch in boiling water with 2 tsp salt for 3 minutes; Lift the spring onion up; Rinse in running water till cool; Drain; Squeeze gently.
3. Add seasonings to a bowl;
Mix well.
4. Arrange the spring onion and daikon into serving bowls; Drizzle with the dressing from the step 3.
