GREEN BEANS WITH SESAME SEEDS

INGREDIENTS :

250g green beans, 4 tsp salt, some chrysanthemum.

SEASONINGS:
(1) 4T black sesame seeds, 1T white sesame seeds.
(2) 2T caster sugar, 1T light soy sauce.

PREPARATION :

1. Rinse and trim green beans;
Blanch in boiling water with 2 tsp salt for 4 minutes; Lift the beans up and drain; Rinse in running water till cool; Drain; Cut into 2 diagonal pieces.
2. Discard the stems of chrysanthemum; Soak in water with some salt for 5 minutes; Lift the chrysanthemum up; Drain.
3. Heat a non-stick dry skillet over a high heat; Turn to a low heat; Add seasoning (1); Stir-fry over a medium heat till fragrant; Turn off the heat; Transfer to a mortar; Grind wiht a pestle; Add seasoning (2); Mix well with a rubber spatula; Add the green beans; Toss lightly; Arrange in serving bowls; Garnish with the chrysanthemum.
