GREEN BEANS WITH SESAME SAUCE

INGREDIENTS :

180g young green beans with hubs.

SEASONINGS:
(1) 2L water, 1 tsp salt.
(2) 2T toasted white sesame seeds, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp caster sugar.

PREPARATION :

1. Discard the stem ends; Rinse in running water for a minute; Drain; Cut into sections.
2. Add seasoning (1) to a pot; Bring to the boil over a high heat; Add the green beans; Cook over a high heat for 4 minutes; Lift the beans up and immediately rinse in running water till cool; Drain.
3. Add seasoning (2) to a bowl; Stir till the sugar is dissolved.
4. Arrange the green beans on serving plates; Pour the dressing from the step 2 over the beans.
