SNOW WHITE

INGREDIENTS :

1 pack of cooked beetroot, 16 strawberries, 500g seedless grapes, 2 eggs.


SEASONINGS:
3T caster sugar.

PREPARATION :

1. Soak strawberries in water for 30 minutes; Lift the strawberries up; Rinse and drain; Discard the stems.
2. Soak grapes in water for 30 minutes; Lift the grapes up; Rinse and drain; Discard the stems.
3. Add beetroot, the strawberries and grapes to a blender; Process for juice.
4. Break eggs through an egg separator to a bowl for egg white; Gradually stir in seasonings; Whisk till foam forms.
5. Pour the juice into serving glasses; Carefully arrange whipped egg white on top of each.
