500g honeydew, 400ml whole milk, 8T honey, 1 lemon.


1. Peel and seed honeydew melon; Cut the flesh into cubes.
2. Rinse a lemon; Cut into halves; Juice.
3. Add the honeydew cubes into a blender (reserve some melon cubes for later use); Add 4T lemon juice and honey; Blend into puree; Pour whole milk into the blender; Blend for 1 minute; Arrange in serving glasses; Garnish with some melon cubes.
