GREEN TEA TOFU DESSERT

INGREDIENTS :

1T green tea powder, 70g arrowroot flour, 60g granulated sugar.

SEASONINGS:
200ml soy milk, 550ml milk.

PREPARATION :

1. Add all the ingredients in a large pot; Gradually stir in seasonings till well mixed.
2. Turn on the heat; Keep on stirring with a spatula; Bring to the boil over a medium heat; Turn to a low heat; Simmer over a low heat for 10 minutes (Keep on stirring ); Turn off the heat; Pour into a square cake pan which is put into a large stainless bowl filled with water and ice cubes; Once cool, remove the cake pan from the bowl; Keep in the fridge till ready to serve.
