GRAPES AND STRAWBERRIES SWEET BEAN JELLY

INGREDIENTS :

400g sweet red bean paste (also known as Koshian).

SEASONINGS:
(1) 150cc grape juice, 2 tsp sugar, 1g agar.
(2) 150cc water, 1 tablespoon strawberry syrup, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1g agar.
(3) 600cc water, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1g agar.
(4) 150cc water , 1 tablespoon sugar, 1g agar.

PREPARATION :

1. Add seasoning (1)
to a saucepan; Stirring over a low heat till melt; Turn off the heat; Transfer to a square pan; Cool at the room temperature; Keep in the fridge till curdled; Dice.
2.Add seasoning (2) to a saucepan; Stirring over a low heat till melt; Turn off the heat; Transfer to a square pan; Cool at the room temperature; Keep in the fridge till curdled; Dice.
3. Add seasoning (3) to a saucepan; Stirring over a low heat till melt; Gradually stir in sweet red bean paste; Bring to the boil over a medium heat (keep on stirring); Turn off the heat; Transfer to a stainless steel bowl in a bigger stainless steel bowl with ice to cool (Stir constantly); Place the diced jelly from the step 1 and step 2 on the top once it starts getting thickened.
4. Add seasoning (4) to a saucepan; Stirring over a low heat till melt; Turn off the heat; Cool at the room temperature for a while but not set; Gradually pour over the jelly from the step 3; Chill in the fridge; Remove and cut into large pieces; Arrange on a serving plate; Serve cold.
