56g instant chestnut, 280g milk, 30g dark chocolate, 10g caster sugar.


1. Chop chestnuts.
2. Break chocolate into a few pieces.
3. Pour whole milk into a non-stick pot; Add the chocolate; Cook over a low heat for 3 minutes; Add caster sugar; Stir over a low heat till the sugar dissolved; Add the chestnut; Bring to the boil over a medium heat; Turn to a low heat; Cook over a low heat for 1 minute; Turn off the heat; Arrange in serving plates; Serve immediately.
